Test Stand Calibration, Repair, and Supply Services
In addition to providing Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing, we also offer a full range of Calibration Services for your OneFLOW Air Test Stand or other Flow Measurement Test Stands in your facility. Backed by our cumulative Engineering and Flow measurement knowledge that spans over 45+ years, we have the experience to troubleshoot, debug, or provide semi-annual or annual calibration Services.
Due to Aerospace or Power Generation requirements in the industry, it is recommended to have your Air Flow Test Stand calibrated every six months or once per year. Let one of our knowledgeable Field Service Engineers (FSE) login and troubleshoot your test stand remotely or offer you individual On-Site service.
Each On-Site calibration service performed by our FSE includes the following:
- Check and verify the Test Stand is receiving a sufficient supply of Inlet pressure
- Perform a Full System Leak check with pressure decay
- Perform individual Plenum Leak checks with pressure decay
- Perform Full air flow audits covering the range of your test stand
- Temperature Sensor Calibration
- Pressure Sensor Calibration
- Full maintenance check to be sure all components are working properly
- Functionally check to verify your Test Stand is still meeting your accuracy and repeatability requirements
All calibration services performed by our FSE are traceable to National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST).
